A performer must perform! Taylor Swift is reportedly more than ready to go back on stage after being in quarantine for so many months!
Apparently, the singer has actually been ‘taking advantage of being a homebody’ amid the pandemic but at the same time, she can’t wait to hit the road again!
As fans know, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Taylor Swift was forced to postpone her 2020 Lover Fest tour to 2021.
Now, months later, one insider report claims to know how the star feels about that.
‘Taylor has been pretty chill with how quarantine has been going. She has had a lot of time to spend with loved ones and obviously work on music. She is definitely taking advantage of being a homebody,’ a source dished via HollywoodLife.
They went on to stress that ‘She does miss performing live and is really looking forward to go back on tour sooner than later. She’s eager to see her friends perform again and see [boyfriend] Joe [Alwyn] go back to work on a more consistent basis.’
The source mentioned that this has been a ‘grass is always greener situation’ for Swift but she has been handling things pretty well all things considered.
This insider update comes months since Taylor Swift shared the postponement news on her platform back in April.
At the time, she told her followers: ‘I’m so sad I will not be able to see you in concert this year, but I know this is the right decision. Please, please stay healthy and stay safe. I will see you guys on stage as soon as I can but right now what is important is committing to this quarantine, for the sake of all of us. All U.S. and Brazil shows will be rescheduled to take place in 2021, with dates to be announced later this year.’
